For well over 25 years, I have been repairing computers for individual users and businesses. I became a computer whiz, self-taught by pulling apart my own computers, family computers, and friends’ computers while repairing hardware and software issues.

Then came the jobs at Staples EasyTech and Best Buy’s Geek Squad, where I progressed rapidly. A global company recruited me to join their organization, building computers, managing servers, and expanding their network infrastructure. I was responsible for supporting well over one thousand devices across multiple locations.

While working for this company, I earned multiple Microsoft certifications that allowed me to further develop and refine my technical skills. Traveling throughout Mainland China and Southeast Asia while overseeing technology operations supporting more than 600 employees was often challenging, but it provided invaluable real-world experience. Due to the time difference, I remained on call 24/7 for over a decade, ensuring critical business systems remained operational.

In addition to my corporate career, I started a small computer repair business of my own, assisting local businesses and private individuals with their technology needs. The success of those relationships and the satisfaction of helping customers inspired me to pursue my passion full-time and launch Computer Repair Vero Beach.
